Old Mutual Poor Service

Going on almost 2 months now, and nothing. Nothing. That is what you get from Old Mutual. Nothing. This is how long they have been sitting on a Death Claim now and NOTHING. Barest communication and other than that NOTHING. Supp**** everything that they asked for and NOTHING. Fixed mistakes that they pointed out and then NOTHING. Tried the chat service and a week later got a phone call from someone. I phoned this lady back later to complain. She promised to look into the matter and NOTHING. I have not spoken to one person at Claims because a call to the Claims Department is still to be answered. I have not spoken to one person at Services because a call to them still has to be answered. One can complain about service but then it would have to be some semblance of service. I can not and will not recommend Old Mutual. That would be an atrocity. The same type of claim was concluded by Liberty in good time.
