Old mutual poor service

I asked for a help to reverse my purchase of 25k on my old mutual money account because the seller is unable to refund me, old mutual refused telling me to contact the seller that is unreachable I was referred to the bank to help me by Law firms. Last my account was ****med 10k I reported immediately they suspend my account for me to suffer nothing was done to help me, old mutual money account is useless they must continue with funeral cover only .
