Old mutual poor service

I am so disappointed in the service I received from old mutual, my mother passed away in 2014 and we struggled financially we opened a life cover for my father to prevent any struggles he since passed away in 2017 and we are still battling to get a pay out,when you skip a payment they are to fast to phone you now you need your money paid and all you get is investigations.
