Old mutual - poor performance
My financial advisor started the Section 14 transfer of my Old Mutual annuity in October 2024. We are now in March 2025. Every time we ask about progress on the transfer, they've got a different excuse.

17 Jul 2025, 08:11We are now at 9 months. Got an update on my section 14 transfer this week, only to be informed that the brainless people at Old Mutual made a mistake on Form J AGAIN!!
These *****s don't know how to do their job!
I would suggest if any one out there has got an annuity with OM, just leave it there and don't ever try to change anything - It won't happen.
