Old Mutual - Poor customer service - We like your money more than yourself

We have two annuity policies with Old Mutual and both have reached maturity. The required documentation was submitted for pay-out some time ago and no payment was received up to date. Customer care proof unsupportive as they claim high call volumes and high e-mail volumes. For more than 20 years we have contributed to the existence and salaries of Old Mutual and now that we have reached the point of pay out we are being treated like dirt. I can still recall the well dressed and friendly Old Mutual advisor seeing us when we made the investment, little did I know that he would get commission from my money and now years later we sit with unfriendly none supportive employees. It seems that Old Mutual is more interested in you money that service.
