Old Mutual - Poor Customer Service
I have been following up on funds that I need to receive from Old Mutual regarding my full disinvestments. I have been waiting for 20 minutes on the line to be assisted. I have sent the documents 6 days ago and I have still not received any further information from them.
I am very glad that I decided to take my funds and invest them in another company as Old Mutual is clearly not interested in assisting their clients.
