Old Mutual poor call centre

Very Bad Service from Old Mutual. Phoned the call center this morning and hanged up after waiting 30 min plus without any answer from a representative. Phoned again later the afternoon and the same. After waiting 40 min still no answer on their helpline. What do you have to do to get through to an operator?
