Old mutual poor bad service

Old mutual and the vangate branch has been no help at all. I have been retrenched since January wrote a message to the old mutual agent Marcia Erasmus who told me I will need to go into the branch. To advise this I did. I then placed money into my account for them to deduct however because the money was only in either before or after the 2t they do not hunt again to deduct. I found out in April that old mutual has not deducted my life policy for myself and husband. Message my agent again old to find out she changed roles and she tells me I have to once again go into the branch. I went to vangatw branch. Filled in Revival forms and opened a new bank account with them stood in a long line in the sun for hours. Then a month went by and yet they didn't deduct the money I message the agent again who told me my papers was never summit who did I deal with I told her Waleed at the vangate branch another week or so went by and Marcia resends me the same form and ask me to once again go to the branch. This i did and yet the form was still not summitted. I called Marcia a few times for her to tell me I need to do this and that I did it all and yet till today after filling in the form 3 more times still nothing. During this covid time with like the consultant and old mutual is not want g to do their job. Marcia then told me she wold collect the forms by me and she message me the mornings she can't come no car. The last was last week when I filled in the forms again in sep and scanned it to her she told me 3 days later that I need to place my accou t number down on the form. Today I have not hear back from anyone. Old mutual is a bad service provider and Marcia Erasmus is not a nice consultants to deal with. Old mutual vangate had alot of young people who tether laugh eat at the dress and make jokes insgead of doing their job. I don't know what to do anymore it's been more than 7 months and still they have not revived my policy. That policy I use for my house insurance. What also made me upset was that I changed my policy in 2019 to cover myself and spouse to 1 million and Marcia tells me that I need to in 2020 just check that it's covered went for blood work and all. Very sad!
