Old Mutual Poor and Pathetic
I wouldn't recommend anyone to take Old mutual Retirement Policy, last year I cancelled my policy with them and this year I tried to withdraw the money as I qualified to withdraw and even the customer service confirmed and they send me documents to submit. Documents were submitted in July and I kept calling for an update and I was told they are busy processing the funds, after 4 weeks they told me my money has increased by R0.29 they can't pay me.
