Old Mutual Poor and Pathetic

I would rather give 0 stars, but they do not allow me.

We put in a Death claim on the 13th of July 2021 the funeral policy paid out something a month later after their say within 48 hours. We are still waiting for the Life policy to pay out. Each time it is different documentation they are looking for, we ask the from the beginning what documentation they all need. I'm going to cancel my mom's policy. Old Mutual gives really poor and pathetic service. They advertise on their website they pay within 48 hours after claim, but it has been 2 months now and every day it is a different document they are looking for.
