Old Mutual policy refuses payout

My father took out a 'uitkeerpolis' annuity policy when I was 17 on myself... He was the owner according to my knowledge, but I paid the policy... The policy was supposed to be paid out when I reach age 45... My father passed away a few years back.. Since then we receiveletters to claim the policy... As it devalue by years not claimed... After several attempts they refuse to assist in resolving this matter... I can't recommend old mutual as you talk to computers and robots... No solution arr given..it seems like they just want to write policies and when it comes to pay out, they don't want to
