Old mutual policy *****

My mom amorita dupreez has a life policy with them for over 20 years and they suppose to do a pay out a disability claim on there website it says it takes 14days but it's been 3 months now and we have no income so how are we supposed to pay our monthly premiums and bills they going to repossess our house if we don't pay. Gert rikert is my mom's financial advisor at old mutual he says he is doing he's best but said the policy won't payout if we don't pay our monthly premiums!
