Old mutual policy
Hi Peter it's Busisiwe here,I would like to request assistance with regards to policy number(69228P***)Thabang Mdlalose. Mr Mdlalose passed on last year on the 3rd of March 2022 and I submitted all the requested documents as the main beneficiary but I was told to submit a letter of authority/letter of executorship but I cannot obtain that letter because Mr Mdlalose was married and his wife obtained it first and the letter of authority can't be issued twice.is there anyway I can be assisted with this matter?
