Deceased O.L. Trollip Beneficiary AC Willemse
I'm formally lodging a complaint against Old Mutual for withholding the original policy documents after numerous requests to send me the original policy documents as requested.
I have made numerous phone calls and also sent numerous emails with regards to this matter just to reach a dead end.
Your assistance in this matter will be highly appreciated.
I'm awaiting your urgent reply in this matter.
