Old Mutual Policy Cancellation
I have been a client of Old Mutual for a number of years. I want to cancel my policy now, and it just does not get done. I have sent numerous emails, with numerous forms and still it does not get done. I have disputed the debit orders and still no refunds. Why is it so difficult to cancel?
