OLD MUTUAL POLICY

My husband had a policy with Old Mutual in the name of Jon Lize trust. Due to financial trouble i send one payment back, which was paid through debit order. The next payment went through normally. After the 20 of the next month my broker advised me to send to payment bank. He said the policy collapsed. Two months later, was my husband diagnosed with cancer and pass away. Old Mutual refuse the pay out. I am batteling financial with 2 kids on varsity. Can you advise me please!!!!
