OLD MUTUAL POLICY *****

I have an active policy with them, last year June I discovered that there is another duplicate policy opened on my name which was deducting R663. I went to the branch in Mthatha to enquire about this and they promised to assist, stating that I should open a ***** case as this was *****. I did that and found that in March they still deducted, I went back to the branch again and was advised to call Old mutual customer service and the consultants there spoke an active case of ***** that has not been closed yet and there was nothing positive that they are assisting me with, instead they said they are still going deduct this month end of April.
