Old mutual policies opened without consent.
I have two policies with old mutual , however through out the years from 2022 they keep on adding policies to deduct on my payslip without my consent. The ***** cases take forever to finalise whilst the money keeps on getting deducted. I currently have a ***** case opened for one of their policies at one of their branches but is taking forever with no feedback whatsoever. They do not have a proper mechanism to regulate the brokers who take open policies without one’s consent. Im disappointed.
