Old mutual please pay me money

Since I submitted my claim to old mutual for less than 15k retirement fund that I had canceled more than 6 six years ago. They said they were going to pay up in 21 days, it's been more than 21 days now and I had made plans for this money, it is my money after all, I budgeted it because I new ill get it in 21 days of submitting the claim. I have been calling Old mutual and I been told same thing that, all that's left is for old mutual to pay Sars and pay me as everything is done now it's up to payments processing side. Then why are they not paying me until now. This is making me very angry because I planned for 21 days and what I planned is very important to me.
