Old Mutual Playing with Inventers Money

This is the most disgusting investment company to deal with. They never answer emails and when they do there answers are not answers the love to ''pass the buck''. No direct answers on anything always an excuse when it suits them. I asked for my brokers to draw out my pension and they told me it would take 21 working days. This was back in December last year and I am still waiting for the payout. The policies last value was R58k and some change and Old Mutual are saying its only R45k and some change, and the other point is when you put in a request to take a draw the investment company Old Mutual stops al, interest on the investment so I have lost and they just keep on gaining, which is not legal. I then emailed and told them if I don't get an answer from someone about my pension draw I would put this problem out on all social media. Within 10 minutes I started to get feed back from the brokers and still no replies from Old Mutual. Its now heading for a months that Old Mutual are saying this AND I QUOTE, This is an email from Old Mutual ''We apologise for all the delays we are currently experiencing high volumes regarding retiral payments. Kind Regards ZULAIGAH MOOS | Broker Service Professional OMEM Customer Service & Technology Old Mutual Life Assurance Company (SA) Limited Licensed Financial Services Provider and Life Insurer'' WHAT A JOKE

Still no solid answer just a very wishy washy answer as normal. I have put this story out on every social media out there and it is going to be in the press on Wednesday in South Africa and have emailed the London Sun Newspaper the editor Victoria Newton on this matter and have instructed them to go ahead with the story by Monday the 18th January 2021 if I don't have the full payout that is due.
