Old mutual play with people

<p>Old Mutual staff treat people as if they are nothing and the worst part of it the make a fool of me. I submit my complain to old mutual branch in Alwyn north, the consultant by the name of Xoleli gave me his cell number so i could do a follow up, now when I try to call him his not answering till he block me.</p> <p>And the Old mutual head office staff is the same as Xolile cause I was told to submit the letter stating that my bank account is still active but till today I have not receive any payments yet for the claim that I submitted on April. Elizaberth Ngidi also from Old0 mutual staff she no longer responding to my emails when I do a follow up for my claim. It is even not helping to launch a complain with Old mutual cause nobody will assit you instant they will just block you. </p>
