Old mutual plan no ***,Extremely poor service

I visit the branch in festival mall twice and today was the worst experience of my life, i stood there for over 2 hours and still didn't get answers from the people who assisted me. Eventually i asked that they dial customer care so that i can speak to them myself, the line kept on ringing and i was holding for morethan 40min. They short paid me by R9000 on my investment, no explanation what so ever from anyone. I canceled both my investments today, i wouldnt want to continue being humiliated in this manner for my money.
