OLD MUTUAL PENSIONS JUST VANISH!!

Old Mutual does not even deserve 1 star. They seem to be the most Pathetic and useless bunch of staff I have ever come across and have absolutely no clue of what they are doing. I have had a retirement fund with Old Mutual since 2014, now several years later coming to claim from the Two Pot system Oh Sorry there is no money in your account and your balance is R0.00. But yet every single month the direct debit goes out for the last 10 years, even last month the money went out. I would never ever ever think about banking with Old Mutual as your money will vanish and nobody will help you to tell you where your money has gone. This is absolutely shocking. Old Mutual, you will soon be getting a case of theft from the SAPS.
