Old mutual pensionfubd payout

I am highly dissapointment with old mutual superfund payout. I have been waiting for more than 3 months for my money already. I followed up 2.5 months after they told me payout will be 4-6 weeks. They told me money will be in my account in 20 working days. The time came and went. And no payout yet. I followed up today again, they cant give me a straight answer on when my payout will be. I am extremely disappointed in old mutual, I need to run around now for my own money. NEVER AGAIN WILL THEY SEE ME AS A CUSTOMER.
