Old mutual pension none payment

My Father went on early retirement on 31 January 2003 and pension was paid in 3 installments. When enquiring about the payment he was short paid and indicated that tax had been paid but when checking the tax directive no tax was paid. In 1998 they were awarded demutualization shares and they claimed to have paid the shares, but when checking tax directive, the directive was cancellated, and nothing has been paid. When he enquired they indicated that they paid with late payment interest and there is no directive to justify that. Part of the pension which was at e-joburg which was paid over to them by the city of Joburg, that money was also not paid to him and there are no documentations to show that they have paid.

Emails have also been sent to your complaints department with no avail. Can the necessary people make contact so as to rectrify this issue before taking it higher or the press.
