Old mutual pension funds

Resigned early December 2022 and app**** for pension and provident funds to be paid out. Only received contact in February to let me know that company I worked for notified them that I had resigned. Long story short I had mailed all the required documents for pay out. I was assured that after receiving the e-claim it should take approximately 21days to pay out. I no longer get any replies from old mutual service desk. I dont get hold of anyone on service number - just get message that number does not exist. In June (4 Months later) still not paid out.
