Old Mutual Pension Fund Poor Service

I resigned form Eskom in December 2014 and requested that my pension fund be transferred from my previous company to old mutual super fund. My current company uses this fund.<br> <br> Eskom had transferred the pension into old mutual in MARCH 2015 and to date Old Mutual have not transferred my pension benefits into the superfund account. I contacted them last week Monday and they informed me that the pension money from Eskom had not been transferred. I contacted Eskom and they sent me proof of transfer immediately. I sent this to Old Mutual and to date they have not transferred the funds over.<br> <br> This is absolutely poor service from Old Mutual
