Old mutual pension fund pay out

Ive got a insurance policy for 36 years, they was suppose to made contact with me on 4.12.2020 when my policy was to pay out, since 4th of december i mail more than 5 times my documents to them just to receive another message again from them to submit the documents again, i also tried their 086 number but you must listen to a voice mail, im tired al my mails to them i add my cell phone number but they dont call you, just use the phone for other usages, but cannot phone you. I want my money for the 36 years, why do they try to controll me, and my money if nobody of old mutual phone me in 36 years. Thank you Harry Van Vuuren ***
