OLD MUTUAL PENSION FUND ADMINISTRATORS

My wife was contacted by a company used by Old Mutual pension fund managers to trace persons who are still due surplus monies in this case the Lucas / Prestolite pension fund. This as in February 2023. Documentation was forwarded to her which she promptly returned. Since then it has been a battle to get any feedback from them. A lot of phone calls and e-mail correspondence. In March she was told that monies would be paid into her bank account by the end of that week. Now 9 months later we are still waiting for details of monies due and payment of these funds.
