Old mutual payout to wrongful person
Good day I am writing this with sadness I joined old mutual funeral policy for my late dad and till today it never paid out to someone else 2023i joined and my dad passed away 2024 September and if I didn't choose beneficiary why you pay to someone else ..... honestly I am not happy with the service.i would like the matter to be investigated and could have transpired Policy number: ***
