Old Mutual payout delays!

My father took an investment plan with them and when he claimed his money 3 consultants keep telling him different things. The first consultant said it will be paid on the 1st, second consultant said it will be paid on the 20th and when he called to check the progress yesterday they said they forgot to “process the money” and it should be in by the end of today. He is still waiting and there’s nothing. Old Mutual doesn’t value its clients. It’s really bad
