Old Mutual paying commision to a dead person

I have Old Mutual RA. The last few years this policy has not kept up with inflation.<br> <br> When I called to find out what was going on I found out they were taking commission off my RA each month and paying it to a broker who has committed suicide a while back!!!<br> <br> How can one trust ones retirement planning to a company who clearly are not managing portfolios at all, yet keep taking a commission each year????
