Old mutual!pay back my money

<p>Firstly I didnt expect this from Old Mutual,I app**** for my provident fund a few months back I called Old Mutual customer care just before the end of June to enquire as to when will I be paid out I was told that they are busy processing it and that If i haven't received my money in 2 weeks I should call back......2weeks had passed and nothing so I called back i was told that they just received my tax directive from Sars and the only thing needed ism authorization which will take 3 to 5 days than I'll be paid out,well now it's been almost 10 days and still nothing am I waiting for nothing?it's not like I'm asking Old Mutual for a hand out I'm asking for my money,I read quite a few reviews here from people going through the same issues with old mutual....I'm really disappointed because I need that money</p>
