Old Mutual Pathetic service I got from N1 City

I was working for oldmutual had a policy for my mother and sister when I resigned and left for another company I went to a branch in N1 City Mall to switch my policies from stop order to debit order everything was sorted because the other policy was a retirement policy and it is active because they are debuting my account and I only found out today that my green light policy has lapsed so I ha e to re apply for the policy. This is pathetic service same thing happened to my mother she retired and took annuity with oldmutual and the advisor never changed her stop orders to debit orders couple of months later she wanted to claim and she was told her policy has lapsed.
