Old Mutual - Pathetic Service!!
I have been struggling since 18 March 2020 to get my savings plan paid out by Old Mutual. I have been promised this matter is finalized, yet after more than 15 days I am still to get my money into my account! I am so tired and fed-up of calling I daily as I cannot go to a Branch due to the National Lockdown. Why cant they just pay my money!!!!
