Old Mutual Pathetic Service

I have never dealt with such an *********** organisation. I am now struggling for over 8 months to sort out my late father's pension payout even though every required document has been provided to them they keep closing the case as "they are waiting for documentation". And if you try and call you to have to wait for hours on the phone or the call is dropped. With no outcome. Personally, I think they keep stalling because they want to hang on to the money for as long as they can. I will NEVER do business with them EVER in my own capacity and will no advise anyone else to. They are very quick to TAKE your money but when they have to pay out you can just about forget about it!
