Old Mutual pathetic service

Pathetic service. No answering of phones and not keeping to deadlines. I gave notice of payment/withdrawal on 6 November and they promised payment within 11 business days. Today still no payment. I emailed 3+ times and phoned to stop my debit order, but again today, they deducted a premium. Pathetic service.
