Old Mutual Pathetic Service

Have been trying to get a quote via my broker from Old Mutual in order to have a RA paid out. Has been 10 days and OM is unresponsive as I am being copied on the chain of emails. Have I asked for a quotation for a new product I would have had it within 24 hours. Not what I expected from OM but taking my business elsewhere.
