Old Mutual Pathetic Service
Trying to contact Old Mutual for three days via phone used many numbers including the head office number*** calls not answered after listening to many options and music , tried emailing using many mail addresses no reply besides Standard Bank I find this so frustration that a large organization such as Old Mutual treats customers as it does.

Old Mutual Should really do something to improve the call center as well as supplying correct email addresses on the website. As emails sent comes back as not read.
