Old Mutual Pathetic Service

I have a policy with old Mutual for around 8 years and we take these policy's out in an event that something might occur , I have finally have a need to use one of these policy's due to a life changing event that my wife has gone through, I have filled the necessary documents required to have the policy paid out and submitted on the 21/08/20. I had no response from old mutual unless I call them . When I call there's always something they need escalate or it sent to the assessors . I really so FUSTRATED its not funny anymore .

just last week they tell me that they need document filled out by the doctor and my wife ex employer , I asked them to send me the docs as well . I did not receive the docs as yet , the doctor was sent the docs to be filled . it turns out that it the same documents sent on the 21/08/20 This is un expectable and looks like they are looking to avenues to drag their feet and not to pay out . I mean it does not take this long for you to pay out .
