Old Mutual Pathetic Service

Old mutual why is taking you so long time to cancel my loan credit life policy which was sent to you in November 2019. I have tried to contact your offices but to date I am yet to receive any help. Currently I am paying for 2 loan credit life policies which are costing me money please sort out my query at once.....Your Call centre staff are pathetic and not helpful .
