OLD MUTUAL - Pathetic Customer Service

I would give Old Mutual customer service a ZERO rating if that was an option. Absolutely pathetic service. A simple request done on 16.10.2023 cannot be sorted out by them 2 weeks later. They take over 10 minutes to answer a call and more than 3 days to respond to emails.
