Old mutual paid out a R100M pension fund for my late father without me and my fathers children, they have been informed and have been investigating for a year now
Old mutual paid out a R100M pension fund for my late father without me and my fathers children, they have been informed and have been investigating for a year now. A key man policy as well was reported by old mutual to the FSCA but have been avoiding contact with the true benefeciaries and only after an investigation did we find out and when we did old mutual acknowledged and said they would investigate

12 Aug 2026, 11:34Old Mutual have dragged my complaint the proof of ***** and my standing as next of kin all ignored when there's R100M at stake and only because the accused is white and I'm black they won't report it to the police or act on it themselves. Forcing me to go to court spend money while the white man continues to flourish with my fathersegacy. Story already published. Old mutual om sorry I'm black but you cannot deny to report it to the police, your website does not say anything about "except if it's against a white person" clause
