Old mutual opened a policy without my consent or knowledge. *****

Please hello Peter assist, old mutual commited ***** by using my credentials,opening a policy and deducting money on my payslip without my consent. I realized this ordeal on the 15th of March when I received my salary and it was short by R209.00. I then checked my payslip and found that old mutual group is the one that took my money. I went to Nelspruit branch so they can assist and tell me or provide me with the name of the person who did this but they refused. I then opened a case of ***** with them and they told me they will contact me after 2days even now I have not heard anything from them. Please help I don't know what to do now.
