Old Mutual ***** on this one!!
Went to Old Mutual to enquire about a claim and Old Mutual informed me of a suitable option to my claim. I tried to persue the route I was optionally offered (alternative),Old Mutual informs me the option is no longer available and I dont even know if there was a time limit to it but it is just no longer available. To me thats poor service!!!!!!
