Old Mutual Old Blood Suckers

Firstly I had two policies with old mutual one for myself and my spouse And one parent policy for my mother , however for the first three years as soon as my salary is deposited in my account they would immediately debit the account after about three years they wait till the last day of the month to debit the account as if they waiting for you to drop a payment After five years they gave me a cash back of can’t really remember now but it were no more than R300 Soon after they seem to have lost my bank details after about five years I contacted them now they tell me I have to make a cash payment and one of their branches or the policy will collapse Needless to say I could not make it to a branch in time and the policy collapsed Now I still have the parent policy I paid about R105 per month for a R5000 policy after about five years I realized that I already paid in over R6000 on a R5000 policy by the end of 2018 around October I missed a payment because I had some financial difficulties , after that I sent them numerous emails we I still have in my sent folder to debit my account at the end of November 2018 All of a sudden as before they seem to have replaced my bank details and requested I make a payment in cash , my mother passed away January 2021 I tried phoning them sit for hours on the line no answer Sent them emails no response it seems they forget all about me now after I paid in almost R7000 on a R5000 policy that is a paid up policy Regards Tamagotchi
