Old mutual- now just Old Usual
2 weeks ago I app**** for a loan online. This is not the 1st time I have done my loan application with this company and I never had any issues. I checked my loan status 3days later and was shocked to find it on pending status. Usually everything is done the same day. I thought to myself maybe there was some system issues so I redid the application and was advised a Consultant will call me. Few days later I received a call to finalise my application, kept on hold for sometime then told "Oh, we seem to have a problem, can we finish this tomorrow? to date no one has called me back. What happened to this green campany?

Please be advised that I did respond to Lungelo Velapi after he sent me a message to confirm that someone was trying to call me whilst I was busy on a business call. He requested that I confirm a suitable time for which they can call me back. In my response I confirmed that they can call me today 1st September 2020. I am yet to receive the said call.
