Old Mutual not updating my account
I have settled my account a long time ago, but the account still appears on my credit score that I have not paid for more than 120 days, I have tried to reach Old Mutual but I am not getting proper feedback, this is affecting my life as I cannot even apply for a cellphone. kindly help me. 21 working days has passed till today my credit profile is negative.

14 Oct 2024, 12:34Please clear my credit score as its showing that I have not paid for months, and this is affecting my profile badly as I pay for everything monthly with no failure. I cant even apply for another bond due to this matter. please remove the false information on my profile. every month should indicate green not red.
