OLD MUTUAL NOT TRUST WORTHY

Old mutual has been sending me from pillar to post over my claim. They keep changing the their terms to avoid paying out the claim. I've been to the branch,called them multiple times only to be kept on hold. I've even went on Twitter to complain. I would NEVER recommend old mutual to anyone. They deliberately frustrate you with the hope that you'll give in to their nonsense.

I'm.still in contact with them they've chosen to ignore me. I want to take this matter to the ombudsman!!!
