Old Mutual Not To Be Trusted

Good day. My name is J. Pienaar. I have had the most horrific experience with regards to me getting my money out of them. After 2 month of back and forth, consultants giving me false information on which i acted and has financial effectively caused me to lose R 10'000.00 and damaged my credit score. After two months of back and forth i only received 1 third of my money because Old Mutual. If anybody is thinking about going with Old Mutual I strongly suggest you look at other institutes that will give you better financial advise and less run around. Throughout the two months i had initiate all calls and e-mails because Old Mutual just did not bother to return calls or reply to mails promptly. The financial adviser assigned to me left the company and Old Mutual never made and effort to appoint a new one to me. Only after i mentioned this fact did they act. The finacial adviser was no better than that of the rest of the staff at Old Mutual. All the bothered to say is sorry and I am furious and R 10'000.00 out of pocket. The promises that was made never happened. If I could sue them i would in a minute.
